Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across Pakistan for all standard orders.
  • Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards & Digital Wallets: Coming soon. When activated, all transactions will be processed through secure, trusted third-party payment gateways.
  • Custom / Wholesale Orders: Require full upfront payment. Part payments may be allowed only if mutually agreed in writing.

2. Payment Currency

  • All prices and transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

3. Payment Timing

  • Cash on Delivery: Payment is due in full at the time of delivery.
  • Prepaid Orders (Bank Transfer, Card, Wallets): Full payment must be completed before dispatch of goods.
  • Custom/Wholesale Orders: Full advance payment is required unless a written agreement allows partial payment.

4. Order Confirmation & Invoices

  • A digital invoice is automatically sent to the customer’s email after the order is placed.
  • A printed invoice is included inside the package for all shipped orders.

5. Secure Transactions

  • When online payments are enabled, all card or wallet transactions will be processed via secure, encrypted third-party gateways to protect customer data.
  • PKSALT does not store any credit/debit card details on its own servers.

6. Failed or Disputed Payments

  • If an online payment fails, the order will remain on hold until payment is successfully processed.
  • In case of a payment dispute or chargeback, PKSALT reserves the right to withhold shipment or cancel the order until the matter is resolved.

7. Changes to Payment Policy

  • PKSALT may update or revise this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the effective date clearly mentioned.
