Shipping Policy for PKSALT

Thank you for shopping with PKSALT. We aim to deliver every order safely and on time. Please review the details below to understand how we handle shipping.

1. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Couriers We Use: We currently ship with TCS and PostEx. (Additional partners may be added in the future.)
  • Shipping Cost:
    • Most items are shipped at rates calculated at checkout.
    • Standard shipping cost is around PKR 199 per kg, though PKSALT often covers a portion of this in taxes and service charges.
    • Frequent/return customers often qualify for free shipping offers.
    • Larger orders may receive special shipping compensation or discounts.
  • Dispatch & Processing Time:
    • Standard products: Usually dispatched within 2–3 business days.
    • Custom-made products: Require up to 5 business days to process, depending on the size, weight and complexity.
  • Delivery Time:
    • Major cities: Typically 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    • Smaller towns & villages: Typically 2–4 business days after dispatch.

2. International Shipping

  • At present, regular international shipping is not yet available.
  • For custom, wholesale or special international orders, please contact us directly at orders@pksalt.co or via Instagram @pksalt.co.
  • We will coordinate courier, timeline and cost based on the order’s weight, destination and budget.

3. Tracking Your Order

  • For now, tracking numbers are not sent automatically, but:
    • You can request a tracking number by emailing info@pksalt.co or messaging us on Instagram.
    • Our courier partners often send an SMS update with tracking details once your order is out for delivery.

4. Packaging & Product Care

  • Most PKSALT items are fragile and handmade, so slight variations in shape or color are normal.
  • We carefully package every order to protect it during transit.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.

5. Custom / On-Demand Orders

  • Custom or bulk orders are made on request and may take additional time depending on quantity and complexity.
  • Full payment is required in advance for custom orders.
  • Shipping arrangements—including cost and estimated delivery—will be discussed and agreed upon during order confirmation.
