Welcome to PKSALT. By accessing or using our website pksalt.co, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our site or making a purchase.

1. General Information

  • PKSALT is a Pakistan-based brand specializing in Pink Himalayan Salt products.
  • These Terms govern all interactions between you and PKSALT, including browsing the website, placing orders, and using our products or services.
  • PKSALT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date.

2. Products & Orders

  • Our products are natural and handmade, so minor variations in color, size, or shape may occur. This is not considered a defect.
  • Custom-made or on-demand products may require up to 5 working days for processing, depending on complexity and order size.
  • Placing an order means you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date details including contact information and delivery address.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for domestic orders.
    • Bank Transfer, Debit/Credit Cards, Digital Wallets: Coming soon.
  • Custom & Wholesale Orders: Require full upfront payment unless a written mutual agreement allows partial payment.
  • A digital invoice is emailed after order placement and a printed invoice is included in your package.
  • When online payments are enabled, all transactions will be processed via secure third-party gateways; PKSALT does not store any card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship within Pakistan, with plans to expand internationally soon.
  • Delivery Partners: TCS, PostEx (and additional partners as we grow).
  • Standard Shipping Rates: PKR 199 per kg (actual cost is higher but partially covered by PKSALT).
    • Return customers often receive free shipping.
    • Large or wholesale orders may be eligible for shipping compensation or discounts.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Big cities: 1–3 working days
    • Small cities/villages: 2–4 working days
  • Tracking: Tracking numbers are usually shared by the courier through SMS or on request.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility:
    • Change of Mind: Return within 10 days if conditions are met.
    • No-Questions-Asked Return: Within 7 days (product must be unused and intact).
    • Damaged or Faulty Items: Return within 14 days.
  • Return Shipping Cost:
    • For change of mind/no-questions-asked returns, the customer pays the return shipping.
    • For returns due to PKSALT’s fault (damaged, wrong product, manufacturing defect), PKSALT pays the return shipping and issues a full refund or replacement.
  • Refund Options: Store credit, gift card, bank transfer, or cash pickup (for COD orders, proof of payment required).
  • Processing Time: Refunds are released within 5 working days after we receive the returned item.
  • Coupons & Compensation: For cases where PKSALT is at fault, customers may also receive a 5–20% discount coupon as a goodwill gesture.
  • Special Notes:
    • Custom or personalized products can be replaced only if defective; they are not eligible for refunds unless previously agreed in writing.
    • Used health & beauty products (e.g., soaps, massage stones) are not eligible for returns.
    • Sale items are eligible for refunds only if PKSALT is at fault; otherwise, store credit or coupons will be offered.

6. Wholesale & Custom Orders

  • For custom or wholesale orders, customers should contact us via Instagram (@pksalt.co) or email at orders@pksalt.co.
  • Payment terms, delivery times, and shipping costs will be finalized based on the order details.
  • All custom products are paid upfront and require up to 5 days for processing.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

  • PKSALT products are natural and handmade; slight variations in size, color, or shape are normal.
  • Products such as salt lamps are fragile and must be handled with care. PKSALT is not responsible for damage caused by mishandling after delivery.
  • Any health or wellness benefits mentioned for Himalayan salt products are based on traditional beliefs and not medically guaranteed. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Customer data is collected solely for the purpose of processing orders and improving service.
  • PKSALT will never share or sell your personal information to third parties without consent, except where legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website – including images, text, graphics, and logos – is the property of PKSALT and protected under applicable copyright laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
